Description

 Lugia is probably my favorite pokemon. I remember watching the pokemon movie and listening to Lugia's song and the chills it sent down my spine. The awe and wonder of the ancient being who brings peace to the warring ones will always reside with me. Fun fact: I intentially didn't draw eyes.
